governs this grant. Credit Wenyuan He / HypoExplorer, link the license and identify
changes. This grant covers only rights the HypoExplorer author holds; it does not
relicense source data, gene-set membership, annotations or other third-party content
included in or needed to interpret an output. No warranty is provided.

Original publications, deposited datasets, gene-set collections, reference
annotations, fonts and software dependencies retain their own licenses and
attribution requirements. The HypoExplorer code and output licenses do not
replace those terms. Follow the original study/accession links and the retained
third-party notices when reusing them. In particular, gene-set provenance records
the collection and MSigDB version used; availability in an export is not a grant
of rights to redistribute the collection.

Use `CITATION.cff` for the software reference. Cite source papers and dataset
accessions separately. Keep the exported provenance and `release.json` with the
results, including the exact comparison and expression scale. There is no
HypoExplorer archive DOI recorded here; do not substitute an original study DOI.
